The Cornwall Royals topped the Augusta Capitols, 4-3, in 10 innings at King George Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Cornwall pitcher Mike Revell. Matt Westerman, now 6-3, was credited with the win in 0.1 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on no hits, while striking out 0 and walking 0. The win gives Cornwall a season record of 76-45.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Cornwall. That's when Ross Myer, who is tied for 2nd in the W-AA in RBI with 71, hit a 2-run double off Matt Schmidt to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.
