Milkmen Get Clutch Win Versus Stockton
Behind a fine performance from Bob Docampo, the Vermont Milkmen knocked off the Stockton Ragin Cajuns, 6-5. Docampo went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Milkmen. Vermont reliever Dan Martin got the win, raising his record to 5-7. Freddy Arellanos was tagged with the loss. The Vermont win streak is now 3 games.

Docampo had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a first pitch fastball from Freddy Arellanos, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Milkmen a 6-5 lead. It was the 11th home run of the year for Docampo.
