Ernie Aceituno had a good game, but he could not keep the Stockton Ragin Cajuns from falling, 8-5, to the Vermont Milkmen at Ballpark of Stockton. The Stockton second baseman was 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice in the loss. The Milkmen now have a record of 56-64.

Bob Docampo had a big hit for Vermont in the top of the sixth inning. With Vermont leading 4-3, Docampo hit a 2-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Milkmen up, 6-3.

"Some of the guys in here work hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Docampo told the Vermont Daily.
