Nightmare Lose to Heathens, 5-2

The Halifax Heathens beat the New York Nightmare, 5-2, at Estadio Azteca. The Heathens got a fine performance from third baseman Seth Hardwick, who was 3-4 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Jeff Buck collected his 19th save. The American Conference South Division-leading Heathens have a record of 39-36.
In the bottom of the third, Hardwick had a 2-run home run for Halifax. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Heathens on top, 3-1.
"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Hardwick.
