The Stockton Ragin Cajuns beat the Cincinnati Bombardiers, 5-2. Stockton pitcher and Washington, District of Columbia, native Rick Collins led the way. Ryan Robertson got the save, his 15th in 16 chances. The Ragin Cajuns now have a mark of 60-57.

Stockton used the timely hitting of Walt Lepore to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Ragin Cajuns ahead, 5-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I made some pitches when I had to," said Collins.
