The Sonoma Scorpions rode a solid performance from 28-year-old starting pitcher Mike Arnerich to a win, beating the London Tigers, 6-2, at Ballpark of North Richland Hills. Arnerich got the win, improving to 6-0. He gave up 4 hits and walked 2 over 7.1 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Sonoma is first in the Western AA Central Division with a record of 76-36.

Making an impact for Sonoma was third baseman Nate Galloway. He drilled a run-scoring double off Tom Capasso in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Galloway went 2-5 with a double.
