Vail Grounds played host to some exciting baseball.

The Vail Tigercats snuck past the London Tigers, 6-5, in 10 innings. Vail pitcher Tyler Doss, in particular, had a standout performance. Vail reliever Vinny Ceja picked up the win, raising his record to 4-0. Luis Ramirez was tagged with the loss.

The Tigercats got a clutch hit from left fielder Tim Derstine. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Tigercats.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Derstine.

Vail raised its record to 63-45 with the win.
