Heathens Get Clutch Win Versus Dallas
The Dallas Dragons got a superb performance from pitcher Jonathan Allen, but the Halifax Heathens still won the game, 3-2. Allen threw 6.2 innings of shutout ball. After today's action, Halifax sits at 96-65; Dallas slips to 72-89.

Halifax used a timely hit from Ben Leonardi to get the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Heathens ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Leonardi said.
