Mounties Earn Win with Late Rally
|
Jaden Mack, who is tied for 5th in the NC in innings pitched with 230.0, was locked in. The right-hander led the Vancouver Mounties to a 3-2 win against the San Francisco Fire at San Francisco Grounds. Vancouver sits in third place in the National Conference West Division at 80-81.
Tim Hummel, who is tied for 10th in the NC in doubles with 29, had a direct impact on the outcome. Hummel contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put Vancouver up, 3-2.
"Very pleased with the effort on our side," said Hummel.
