Fountain Hills 23ers starter Taylor Motyl pitched effectively against the New York Nightmare at Fountain Park. The right-hander spearheaded his team's 4-2 win. The winner was Joe Woolverton in relief. His record improves to 4-5. Dustin Lewis took the loss. Wade McGonigle converted his 30th save in 32 tries.
