The home crowd had a good time watching the London Tigers and Sonoma Scorpions get after it.

Sonoma pitcher Terence Rodda had a large part in his team beating the London Tigers, 6-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The win for the Scorpions raised their record to 50-47.

Keith DiPiazza hit a 2-run triple off John Brown in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Scorpions in front, 4-2. DiPiazza had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 3.

"Terence doing his thing just hyped us all up," said Sonoma manager Keith Young.
