Cleveland Nets 7-6 Win Versus Dragons
With catcher Joe Carroll leading the charge, the Cleveland Brawlers defeated the Dallas Dragons, 7-6, at Tennant Healthcare Ballpark. Carroll went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Wilfredo Rodriguez finished the game for Cleveland and earned his 3rd save. The Brawlers sit in third place in the American Conference North East Division with a record of 31-38.

Cleveland used the timely hitting of Tom Coon to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Brawlers on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We got the victory," said Coon. "That's all that matters at the end of the day."
