The Carolina Reapers powered past the Vancouver Caribou, 9-7, at Mounties Field. Franklin Reyes went 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2, to lead the charge. The winning pitcher was B.J. Rudolph. He's now 3-7. He went 6.2 innings, allowing 4 runs on 9 hits for the Reapers. Carolina now has a record of 34-33 with the win.

Carolina used the timely hitting of Mike Green to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Reapers on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
