Stockton got a first-rate effort from pitcher Casey Levy, who frustrated Hialeah hitters en route to a 3-1 Ragin Cajuns triumph at Firecats Ballpark. Stockton reliever Luis Diaz snagged the win, upping his record to 1-0. John Wright shouldered the loss. Jarred Gangi earned the save, his 21st in 24 tries.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Mike Coker? The 22-year old left fielder Coker stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put Stockton up, 3-1. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Coker.

The setback makes Hialeah 27-68.
