A 3-RBI performance from Eric Bradstreet helped the Sonoma Scorpions beat the Hialeah Firecats, 9-2. With the win over Hialeah, the Scorpions improved to 44-40.

With two out in the top of the eighth, Bryan Sheary had a game-changing hit. The Scorpions center fielder slammed a run-scoring single off Armando Salas, making the score 3-1, Sonoma.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Bradstreet.
