Brown, Scorpions Get 4-0 Win
|
Sonoma picked up a win at Ballpark of Cincinnati, bumping off the Cincinnati Bombardiers, 4-0. Pitcher Matt Brown was a major reason the Scorpions emerged victorious. Sonoma is second in the Western AA Coastal Division with a record of 42-37.
Brown delivered a quality start for Sonoma. The 6-foot-0 right-hander allowed no earned runs on 3 hits over 8 innings of work.
"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Scorpions manager Keith Young.
