The Cincinnati Bombardiers took Stockton pitcher Jose Chacon's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Ballpark of Stockton. The final score had Cincinnati getting past the Ragin Cajuns, 3-0. Chacon went 5 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 6. The Bombardiers go to 28-41 with the win.

Cincinnati used the timely hitting of Ashton McSparin to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Bombardiers on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," McSparin said after the game.
