Bombardiers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Cavalry
The Cincinnati Bombardiers faced a tough opponent in St. Louis pitcher Justin Buchanan, but still scratched out a win at Ballpark of Cincinnati by a final score of 2-1 in 11 innings. Buchanan went 10 innings and allowed 2 runs. St. Louis, at 20-48, has lost 5 straight.

Cincinnati got a game-changing hit from Bobby Ribera. The second baseman blasted a solo home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a winner.
