No one was more impactful than Tony Sylvester in an extra-inning, 4-3 Hialeah win over Sonoma. Sylvester, who leads the W-AA in hits with 81, went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. Humberto Lopez earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. He upped his record to 3-3. Hialeah's record now stands at 25-41, placing them 4th in the Western AA Coastal Division.

With the game tied in the bottom of the tenth, Sylvester delivered for Hialeah. That's when he hit a solo home run off Brian Hayden to win the game.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Sylvester.
