Sonoma turned a good performance from starting pitcher Jose Ceballos into a 4-1 triumph over the London Tigers at Ballpark of Oklahoma City. Cory Newton picked up the save for Sonoma, his 12th of the year. Sonoma occupies third place in the Western AA Coastal Division at 33-32.

Ceballos was effective for Sonoma, seldom allowing the Tigers to square up a pitch. The right-hander tossed 92 pitches over 8 innings. He limited London to just 1 run on 2 hits.

"I had one goal in mind," said Ceballos. "Keep pounding the zone."
