Ragin Cajuns Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Firecats, 2-1
The Stockton Ragin Cajuns eked out a 2-1 win versus the Hialeah Firecats at Ballpark of Stockton. Nobody did more than pitcher Jose Chacon. He was terrific. Jarred Gangi picked up the save for Stockton, his 14th of the year. Stockton is now 25-35.

Stockton took a 2-1 lead on Isaiah Bunton's 12th home run of the season. The solo home run, which Bunton hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Hialeah pitcher John Pritt visibly frustrated.

"Tough loss," said Hialeah manager John Costa. "But that's how the cookie crumbles."
