New York Hot Streak Continues with 2-1 Win
|
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the New York Nightmare and the Hollywood Stars. New York won it, 2-1. New York starter John Way was in command. Way, now 5-5, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 8, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. Adam Holland was credited with the save.
