The New York Nightmare picked up a win at Nightmare Stadium, knocking off the San Diego Fleet, 4-3. Starting pitcher Dustin Lewis played a key role in the triumph. At 28-33, the Nightmare find themselves in last place in the American Conference North East Division.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Frank Hoffman in the bottom of the tenth. That's when he hit a solo home run off two-time All-Star Justin Pierce to win it for New York and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"That was fun, that was just good baseball," said Hoffman.
