The performance of Joe Robinson proved critical in helping Dallas beat Austin, 5-3. The Dragons left fielder went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The loss makes Austin 91-68.

With Dallas leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Robinson hit a fastball from Jonathan Johnson for a 2-run double. It was his 51st double of the season and put the Dragons ahead, 3-0.

"I thought we played some darn good baseball," said Dragons manager Edgar Puente.
