Mexico City right fielder Dan Harmon had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the San Francisco Fire, 9-1. Mexico City raised its record to 92-66 with the win.

Ed McCarson took San Francisco hurler Miguel Berrios deep in the bottom of the fourth. His 2-run home run put the Aztecs on top, 3-1. In all, McCarson had 2 singles in addition to the home run, while going 3 for 4.
