Eagles 6-5 Winners Over Toronto
Toronto shortstop Jon Kenyon had a good game, even if his team did not. The Trash Pandas dropped a 6-5 decision to Indianapolis at Eagles Stadium. Kenyon was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. John Hennig got the win, improving to 8-7. He worked 7 innings, giving up 3 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 3. Greg Camarillo notched his 1st save in 1 chances.

The Trash Pandas had been locked in a 3-3 tie with the Eagles going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the slugging first baseman T.J. Walker came to the plate. Walker hit a 3-run home run on a 0-2 changeup from Toronto hurler Josh Monroe. It was Walker's 28th home run of the year.

"It feels good to get this one," Walker told the Indianapolis Observer.

The win gives Indianapolis a season record of 89-68.
