The Indianapolis Eagles defeated the Sandusky Seagulls, 3-2, in National Conference action at Eagles Stadium. Indianapolis pitcher Travis Salopek had a standout performance. The win elevated the Eagles to 79-75.

Danny Aleman was the walk-off hero for Indianapolis. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Eagles right fielder hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Salopek.
