Due in large part to designated hitter Moises Reyes, the Carolina Reapers sunk the Vancouver Caribou, 9-1. Reyes went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs. The win went to Mike Heustess in relief, making him now 6-1. Jaden Mack took the loss for Vancouver. The Reapers improved their record to 64-88 by beating Vancouver.

Carolina relied on the bat of Franklin Reyes to get the win. The catcher ripped a 2-run triple in the top of the fifth inning to put the Reapers ahead, 4-1. For the game, Reyes had 1 double and 1 triple in 5 at-bats.

Reyes said he was "thrilled" the fans had something to get excited about.
