The Vancouver Mounties electrified the home crowd with a walk-off win.
Vancouver Mounties starter Antonio Enriquez found his groove in his team's 5-4 win over the Daytona Beach Sea Turtles. Miles Hurlbut snagged the win in relief. He goes to 12-11 on the season. Antonio Sanchez suffered the loss.
Richard Ulmer was the walk-off hero for Vancouver. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mounties designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"Exhilarating win," said Enriquez.
The Mounties saw their record improve to 62-89.
