Walker Delivers Walk-Off Win for Eagles
The Boston Whistlers got a sterling performance from pitcher Matthew Rowlands, but the Indianapolis Eagles still prevailed, 3-2. Rowlands threw 8.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Indianapolis reliever Bobby Corbo was the winner. His record is now 4-2. The losing pitcher was Mark Dudley. The victory gives Indianapolis a record of 76-71.

Indianapolis got a knockout punch from T.J. Walker. The pinch hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"The crowd was boisterous tonight," said Walker.
