The Oakland Invaders took on the Charleston Sea Dogs at Ballpark of Charleston.

With first baseman John Piscitelli leading the charge, the Oakland Invaders defeated the Charleston Sea Dogs, 9-3, at Ballpark of Charleston. Piscitelli, who finished 4th in the NC in batting average with .316 in 2024, was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Oakland pushed its record to 84-59.

Early in the game, Piscitelli had a 3-run home run for Oakland. It was his 17th home run of the season and put the Invaders on top, 3-0.

"Just trying to keep things simple and helping the team win any way I can," Piscitelli told a local reporter after the game.
