Marco Madrigal impressed in the 5-3 Hollywood win over San Diego. Madrigal, who finished 4th in the NC in stolen bases with 55 last year, went 4 for 4 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Pat Eisen earned the save, his 28th. The win puts Hollywood at 76-67 this season.

Hollywood took a 4-3 lead on Eric Lilienthal's 9th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Lilienthal hit in the bottom of the seventh, left San Diego pitcher Lorenzo Landin visibly frustrated.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Lilienthal.
