Downward Spiral Continues for Vancouver
San Francisco third baseman Matthew Little made his presence felt in the 11-2 Fire triumph over the Vancouver Mounties. Little was 4-6 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The losses continue to add up for Vancouver, having now dropped 10 straight.

With San Francisco leading 3-2 in the top of the sixth, Severo Salcido hit a run-scoring single off Vancouver pitcher Ryan Heyer. It put the Fire ahead 4-2.

Vancouver manager Brian Burnett ranted after the game: "Irritation is there. Embarrassment is there, as well. It's not good the way we're approaching the game, the way our at-bats are going, the pitching, everything, it's just not good."
