Nightmare Spill Brawlers, 7-4
At The Backyard, the Cleveland Brawlers and New York Nightmare were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The New York Nightmare cut down the Cleveland Brawlers by the score of 7-4, with the largest share of the credit going to third baseman Nick Seago. Seago went 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, 2 walks, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 for the Nightmare. John Way picked up the win, lifting his record to 7-8 on the season. He struck out 7 and walked 0 in 6.1 innings, while yielding 4 runs. Adam Holland was called on to finish, recording his 31st save.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Juan Andrade? The New York first baseman had a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Nightmare on top, 2-0. For the game, Andrade had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"The fans pay the tickets and help us do what we do, so we like to put on a show for them," Seago told the New York Times.

At 65-76, the Nightmare find themselves in third place in the American Conference North East Division.
