Invaders Sunk by Gangsters
|
Chicago Gangsters starter Adrian Huffine led his team to victory over the Oakland Invaders, 3-2. The right-hander was locked-in. Chicago currently is in second place in the American Conference Central Division at 54-86.
Kevin Crouch had a critical at-bat with two out in the top of the sixth for Chicago. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Chicago in front, 3-1.
"It was a good night for them and a bad night for us," said Oakland manager Adam Ponder.
