Morales Delivers Walk-Off Win for Stars
The exploits of designated hitter Bill Meyers, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2015 draft, helped the Hollywood Stars defeat the Toronto Trash Pandas, 2-1. Meyers threw 6.2 innings of 5-hit ball. With the win, the Stars have a record of 64-75.

Ricky Morales was the walk-off hero for Hollywood. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Stars first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This was a tough loss," said Toronto manager Matt Armijo. "It'll stick in my craw for a while."
