The Chicago Gangsters picked up a win at The Hideout, knocking off the Charleston Sea Dogs, 5-4. On the mound for Chicago was right-hander Josh Foreman. He played a key role in the triumph. Foreman got the win, improving to 3-16. He gave up 4 hits and walked 4 over 6.2 innings. He allowed no runs. The victory makes Chicago 47-90.

Glen Helms had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the eighth for Chicago. With a runner on 3rd and the Gangsters leading 4-2, he hit a sacrifice fly.
