Floundering Nightmare Lose 9th Straight
The Mexico City Aztecs racked up a win at Nightmare Stadium, bumping off the New York Nightmare, 7-2. Eric Tate, who started for Mexico City, pitched effectively for his team. New York is in the throes of a long losing streak, which is now 9 games.

Tobias Rivera came through with a big-time hit for Mexico City. The second baseman smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Tate told the Mexico City Bulletin.
