Logan Mayhew, who is tied for 4th in the NC in strikeouts with 194, never let the Giants get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Stars to a win, 1-0. Chris Dries, now 4-4, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 3 hits in 2 innings. Hollywood has run its win streak to 5 in a row.
