The performance of Tim Schellin proved critical in helping Hollywood beat San Francisco, 5-4. The Stars left fielder hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Adam Arent earned his 2nd save in 2 chances. The victory gives Hollywood a record of 77-54.

Schellin had a timely hit for Hollywood in the bottom of the eighth. With Hollywood trailing 4-3, he turned a 2-2 fastball into a 2-run home run. It was his 18th home run of the season, making it 5-4, Hollywood.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Schellin.
