Dragons Absorb 4-2 Loss at Estadio Azteca
Halifax starter Jack Ivory pitched well against the Dallas Dragons at Estadio Azteca. The left-hander led his team to a win, 4-2. Jose Ojeda picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 7-2. Adrian Huffine suffered the loss. Halifax goes to 84-47. The win puts them 14½ games up in their division.

Gustavo Orozco, who is tied for 6th in the AC with a .378 on-base percentage, helped out the Halifax cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a 2-run double. For the game, the left fielder went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs.

Dallas manager Juan Gonzales said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
