Eagles Rally to Nose Past Maine
The Indianapolis Eagles overcame a pretty good performance by Maine designated hitter Brian Myers, beating the Pines, 7-6, in 11 innings. Myers was 2-5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Indianapolis reliever Morgan Jenkins picked up the win, upping his record to 9-3. Chris Hames took the loss. Indianapolis is now 76-54, while Maine is 63-67.

Jim Anderson was 1 for 4 with a triple and a walk against the Pines. With the game tied in the top of the 11th inning, he hit a sacrifice fly that put Indianapolis in front, 7-6.

"We didn't go down without a fight," said Maine manager David Whigham.
