Dominant Performance by Soto in San Diego Win
|
San Diego Fleet starter Rodolfo Soto hurled his team past the Indianapolis Eagles, 4-0. San Diego leads the National Conference West Division by 5 games.
Indianapolis had little success against Soto and his slider. Soto tossed 105 pitches over 7.1 innings for the Fleet.
"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Soto told the San Diego Observer.
