With Late Score, Trash Pandas Beat Fire
The Toronto Trash Pandas and San Francisco Fire played an entertaining game for Trash Panda Field patrons.

San Francisco got a decent performance from pitcher Kyle Griffin, but it wasn't enough to beat the Toronto Trash Pandas. Toronto won the Trash Panda Field contest, 4-3. Griffin threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball for the losing team. The win puts Toronto at 27-20 this season.

Travis Gwinn was the walk-off hero for Toronto. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Trash Pandas catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Enjoyed this one," Gwinn told the Toronto Observer. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
