Geeslin goes 3-for-4 to Fuel Nightmare Offense
New York second baseman Bill Geeslin had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Carolina Reapers, 12-4. Joe Schroeder picked up the win, improving his season record to 3-2. He struck out 4 in 5.2 innings. The win puts New York at 17-25.

The Nightmare got a big hit from left fielder Ben Callahan. Facing Carolina pitcher Adam Ryan in the bottom of the fifth, Callahan pounded a 3-run home run to center. His 6th home run of the season put the Nightmare ahead, 6-4.

"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Geeslin. "You've got to get results."
