The Charleston Sea Dogs could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Jim Savoie into a win. Instead, the New York Nightmare prevailed, 4-3. Savoie threw 5.2 innings of shutout ball. The Nightmare now have a record of 18-24 with the win over Charleston.

New York got a knockout punch from Josh Feezor. The catcher hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"The house was rockin'," said Feezor.
