The New York Nightmare defeated the Charleston Sea Dogs, 6-3, in American Conference action at Nightmare Stadium. Nick Seago pulled his weight. The 8-year veteran went 2-3 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 3 times. Reliever Sean Foye picked up the win. His record improves to 4-2. Andy Weatherholt, who is tied for 4th in the NC in innings pitched with 56.1, took the loss. The win elevated the Nightmare to 21-20.

In the bottom of the third, Seago had a run-scoring double for New York. It was his 9th double of the season and put the Nightmare on top, 2-1.

Seago called the win "a team effort."
