Mike Pierskalla did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Phoenix Gladiators from being beaten, 6-5, to the Chicago Gangsters at Gladiators Ballpark. Pierskalla went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Brandon Williams snagged the win in relief. He goes to 4-3 on the season. Ryan Robertson suffered the loss. Keith Kramer recorded his 21st save for Chicago.
