Totten goes 4-for-4, Leads Scorpions to Win
The Syracuse Scorpions beat the Detroit Giants, 8-5, at Ballpark of Detroit. Syracuse designated hitter Billy Totten led the way. He went 4 for 4 with 4 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The loss puts Detroit at 1-4.

With Syracuse leading 4-2 in the top of the fourth, Totten hit a 2-run single off Detroit hurler Dave Shevlin. It was the 6th hit of the season for Totten and put his team ahead, 6-2.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Totten.
