The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.

Despite the exploits of catcher Matt Lepa, the Indianapolis Eagles were beaten by the Hollywood Stars, 6-5, in 10 innings. Lepa went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The winner was Pat Eisen in relief. His record improves to 11-2. James Gibson took the loss.

The Stars got a clutch hit from shortstop Roy Blaylock. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Stars.

"Hustle and hard work is a big part of our success," said Blaylock. "Those qualities define our team."

The Stars sit in third place in the National Conference West Division with a record of 65-58.
