The Mexico City Aztecs dealt the Toronto Trash Pandas a 4-3 loss at Gran Estadio Azteca. Hunter Long, who is tied for 10th in the NC in RBI with 71, was the star on offense. He was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Mexico City is now 69-54, while Toronto is 70-53.

Jim Dauphin was 1-1 with a walk for Mexico City. With no one out and the game tied in the bottom of the sixth inning, Dauphin had a clutch at-bat. Facing Toronto hurler Winston Caballero, he hit a sacrifice fly to give the Aztecs a 4-3 lead.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Toronto manager Walt DeRosier.
